HTM1620-TD is a TDSEMIC LED display driver/controller with built-in display-data latch, constant-current drive outputs and oscillator, communicating with the MCU over a serial interface while occupying few IO resources. With strong drive capability, a wide operating-voltage range, few external components and consistent brightness, it is widely used in LED numeric displays, appliance control panels, instrumentation, industrial equipment panels and consumer electronics.
