HT1623-TD is a TDSEMIC multifunction segment LCD driver with built-in display RAM and oscillator, communicating with the MCU over a serial interface while occupying few IO resources. It supports multiple bias and duty configurations with high integration, few external components and low power consumption, and is widely used in instrumentation, appliance control panels, handheld devices and industrial display modules.
