HT7533S-TD (55V) integrates a reference, error amplifier and protection modules, with a maximum input voltage of 55 V and a fixed 3.3 V output. It features low quiescent current, built-in short-circuit and thermal-shutdown protection, and excellent surge immunity, simplifying power-supply design and reducing BOM cost.
