HTM1640-TD is a TDSEMIC LED driver/controller with built-in data latch and LED drive circuitry, supporting 16-segment x 8-digit display and 8-level PWM brightness adjustment over a two-wire serial interface, with 2.4 V - 5.5 V supply. Available in SOP-28 and SSOP-28 packages, it fits smart appliances, instrumentation, industrial displays and consumer seven-segment displays.
